2) Processing of personal data

We process your personal data in order to provide you with our services.
We will not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone except to provide the service from a technological and communication perspective.

2.1) Contact form data

When you use one of our contact forms, we will use that data to provide you services and communications related to your inquiry.

2.2) Free membership data

When you use our free offers, your name, company details and email address is stored on our server. By subscribing, you agree that we store your personal data on our server for the duration of your subscription.

2.3) Paid membership data

If you have purchased a paid membership, we store your personal information such as email address, billing address, etc. to provide you with the services. We do not store payment information (see note below) on our own servers.

3) Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects affected by our data processing have rights under Swiss data protection law. Included are the right to information, correction, deletion or blocking of processed personal data.

4) Data protection

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Despite these measures, data processing on the Internet may have security gaps. We cannot guarantee absolute data protection.

Access to our website is protected via SSL/TLS (https).

5) Use of the website

5.1) Cookies

We use cookies such as session cookies or persistent cookies. You can always set your browser not to accept cookies. Without cookies, we cannot provide some features of our website.

5.2) Server log files

When you access our website through a web browser, we may store the following data points: Date/time zone, IP address, http status codes, operating system incl. version, browser incl. version and language, accessed URL and referring page. We store these data points in server log files. These log files are needed to provide the services on our website securely.

4) Third-party services

We use various third-party providers to deliver the Services to you. All providers used adhere to the same strict privacy policy as we do.

4.1) User Data

When you create an account, your personal information is stored on our server and on Auth0 and their Identity Management Platform. We are the controller of any data stored on our users behalf on Auth0. Auth0 is the processor (GDPR) or the service provider (CCPA).

4.2) Payments

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Stripe is a service of the US company Stripe Inc. For users within the European Economic Area, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. in Ireland is responsible. For details on how Stripe uses and processes your data, please see their Privacy Policy. No payment data is stored on our own servers.

4.3) Email delivery

For fast and secure emailing, we use Amazon AWS SES. Amazon AWS offers its own Privacy Policy.
