General Terms and Conditions of AeroInside SafetyScan

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the rights and obligations between AeroInside SafetyScan, represented by Tiny Ventures LLC, Ackersteinstrasse 93, 8049 Zurich, Switzerland ("AeroInside") and the registered members and other users of the www. aeroinside.com website (including all subdomains) ("Website") operated by Tiny Ventures LLC. These TOS are deemed to have been read, understood and accepted by a Member when registered or otherwise using the Website. If you do not agree to these TOS, please exit this Website.
AeroInside may change these TOS or its services at any time. Registered Members will be notified of any amended TOS or Services by email and will be notified the next time they visit the Site. Registered Members must accept the modified TOS or services within 14 days of their first login after the modification. Otherwise, they will no longer be able to use the website.
1.
Website service - Contractual parties
1.1.
AeroInside provides an online platform for news content and research tools. A User is a member of AeroInside who creates an account or uses free services ("User").
2.
Terms and obligations of all members (Users)
2.1.
Each Member must be able to enter into a legally binding contract.
2.2.
Each member is obliged to provide all information required for registration truthfully, correctly and completely and to keep his or her member profile up to date. In case of any changes, the member is obliged to update this information immediately in his profile.
2.3.
Each Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her username and password for logging into the Site. Each member is responsible for all activities conducted under his or her username, unless AeroInside is responsible for disclosing passwords to a third party.
3.
Free services
3.1.
There is no entitlement to free services.
3.2.
Free services may be modified or discontinued entirely at any time.
4.
Limitation of liability
4.1.
The information and other content on the website will. Despite careful examination, we assume no liability. The liability of AeroInside for damages, wasted expenses and lost profits based on such content or its use is therefore excluded.
4.2.
AeroInside is, however, entitled to review content or deny members access to certain additional features if there are indications of violations of domestic or foreign laws or third party rights, breach of duty by members or quality defects, but also at its own discretion without giving reasons. AeroInside will comply with instructions from law enforcement agencies, courts and other institutions that require, among other things, the disclosure of the identity and whereabouts of persons because legal regulations, rights of third parties or other obligations of these GTC have been violated.
4.4.
Even if AeroInside tries to keep the Website up and running 24 hours a day, AeroInside shall not be liable for the temporary unavailability of the Website, the failure of any of its functions, or the non-delivery of any request for quotation or offer.
4.5.
Although access to the Website is SSL-encrypted to ensure the security of transmitted content, AeroInside cannot guarantee the security of any data. Any transmission of data is at the member's own risk.
4.6.
Any further liability is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
5.
Further provisions
5.1.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (and in certain cases a signed non-disclosure agreement), govern the entire contractual relationship with AeroInside with respect to the Site.
5.2.
If any provision or part of any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, such provision shall be replaced by an economically equivalent provision, and all other provisions of these T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect.
5.3.
Messages from AeroInside to its members are considered delivered when they are sent to the last address listed in the member's mailbox.
6.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
6.1.
These GTC shall be governed by substantive Swiss law to the exclusion of private international law and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
6.2.
Disputes arising in connection with these T&Cs or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in 8049 Zurich, Switzerland
